Shipping Policy

The processing time for your order is 1 to 2 days. Please be aware that the deadline for placing orders is 6 p.m., and any orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

On average, your order will be delivered within 4 to 7 days (with free shipping for orders over $200). Orders below $200 will incur a flat shipping fee of $15. Our shipping services are currently limited to the United States, and international shipping is not an option.

The majority of our orders are shipped through third-party freight carriers, typically 18-wheelers. If your order includes items shipped via freight carrier, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery time. Ensure that you provide the correct phone number during checkout.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that our system has received your order, and your credit card has been approved for the purchase. Your card will not be charged until the item is shipped, except in cases of backorders where we may need to hold an item for you.
