Concerning damaged products: Upon receiving your item(s), carefully inspect the packaging. If you observe any damage, including damage to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. In cases where you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to support@luxeauracollections.com, and we will promptly initiate an immediate replacement or refund, usually within 1 business day.
