Refunds & Return Policy

  1. Return Time Frame: You have a 30-day window to return items from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

  2. Shipping Cost: If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses.

  3. Defective or Broken Products: If the product is defective or broken, notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return at no extra cost. Upon receiving and confirming the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or a full refund, including the initial shipping charges.

  4. Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you'll need to cover the return shipping. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receiving it, we'll refund the item cost, minus the shipping expenses.

  5. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we'll notify you via email. The refund will be processed to the credit card or payment method used within 7 business days. Keep in mind that some banks or cards may take additional time to reflect the refund. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, contact us at support@luxeauracollections.com.
